A Sample Scope of the 'Our Services', Tenant Interior Outfit

• Visit Sites where feasible and in budget, and or retain local trade to site measure document and photograph existing conditions. If building is new, then we’ll get in touch with the Owner or base building Architect to obtain drawings.
• Perform all code checks for all local and municipal by-laws and regulations.
• Layout existing premises on CAD and prepare exterior elevations for signage purposes.
• Propose new storefront entrance and checkout area as per client’s prototype.
• Propose location of washrooms, workroom and any services required by client as per prototype
• Via email, send plans and elevations to client for approval and merchandising.
• Upon receipt of merchandise plan, we’ll embark on the Working Drawings.
• Title Page; incl. Site Plan or Key Map, Drawing Index etc..

• Exterior Elevations (Signage) – Will co-ordinate with sign vendor.

• Specifications
• Co-ordinate drawings and project with Mechanical (Plumbing), Electrical and if necessary Structural Engineers. Forward via email all required drawings to complete required work.
• Upon receipt of sub-trade drawings (M & E’s) we’ll prepare a complete working drawing package ready for building permit submission.
• We submit drawings for building permit on our client’s behalf and follow up with the review.
• Upon submission of building permit, our client’s also receive a full set of drawings for their final review. Redlined drawings are then returned to us with general comments and minor revisions.
• Upon completion, final revised drawings are sent back to our client’s ready for tender.
• During construction, we’re available or local colleagues are available for queries and final inspections, required by most municipalities.
