N.A.R.A. is an architectural practice, which is involved in working with American and Canadian companies that are expanding in multiple locations into the Canadian market place.

N.A.R.A. is the culmination of many years of work by the four principals, Tom Spragge, William Hicks, Chris Loreti and Elroy VanGroll. The combined experience is extremely extensive. Spragge & Hicks have been working together since 1984 and Loreti since the early 90's. Although VanGroll is latest partner to join NARA, he brings a wealth of building and technical skills from the commercial, industrial and retail sector of our industry. The four have developed an understanding of this specialty and the unique requirements of those corporations expanding within Canada.

N.A.R.A. is involved in projects across Canada and its principals are registered or have working relationships in all ten provinces.

N.A.R.A. will provide as wide a range of services as required to assist companies so that their new facilities will be well designed, within budget, and always on schedule. The whole process from initial site selection to the completion of construction and the start up of a business is extremely well organized, coordinated and managed so that all aspects with respect to deadlines and schedules are rigidly adhered to.

N.A.R.A. has a proven track record in all phases of a project. With our knowledge of zoning by-laws and building codes, we quickly access the feasibility of a potential site. In the area of approvals, experience in items such as site plan approvals, committee of adjustment applications and building permit acquisitions is extremely beneficial.
